for Employers & Employees

Employers rely each day on the people who come to the workplace to perform with reliability, consistency and competency. They know that their greatest asset is their workforce. They also know that employee performance in today’s diverse workforce can be affected by many different circumstances which occur both inside and outside of the workplace.

The focus of our Liberty Employee Assistance Program is on enhancing employee health and productivity. We work with both employees and family members who have personal problems that may ultimately affect employee workplace performance.

Liberty EAP has a long track record of helping organizations improve employee morale, productivity and safety through a wide range of behavioral health and consultation services.

A Network of Behavioral Health Professionals

The core of any EAP service delivery program remains the evaluation, counseling and case management services that are provided on a daily basis. The implementation of a sound counseling service depends upon the professionals employed and the system of organization through which those professionals offer their talents. Liberty EAP services are provided by highly trained, licensed and experienced behavior health professionals including clinical social workers, psychologists and mental health counselors. These qualifications are maintained throughout our extensive network of providers.

A Professional Alliance

Rapidly changing business conditions require adaptable leadership and a resilient workforce. A dependable EAP and behavioral consultation partner can make a critical difference. Whether your program requirements are local, national or global, we can customize solutions to meet your specific needs.

The process begins with a conversation and an organizational analysis. We not only know how to listen, we also know how to help your company delineate the behavioral and interpersonal variables that may either impede or facilitate the progress you desire in fulfilling your mission. Together, we can create the program that works best for your organization and design the metrics that you need to measure the relevant outcomes that are essential for
success.

For Companies with Unions

When a company works in tandem with a union labor force, it is important that both the company and the union have confidence in the experience and fairness of their employee assistance program. For more than 25 years, Liberty EAP has worked with numerous companies that have vibrant unions. We are experienced in labor-management relations as related to EAP and provide union training and ongoing consultation with union officials as an integral part of our programming. Typically, union officials are also included in the employee assistance programs planning and development process. We have also been quite successful in working with key union liaisons who take a preventative approach in helping to direct troubled employees into the EAP.
